How do I upload my photo?
You can upload your photo directly while placing your order. For the best printing result, we recommend uploading the original, clear and high-quality photo.
Can I customize the frame with my name or message?
Yes! Depending on the product, you can personalize your frame with names, dates, birthday wishes, anniversary messages, quotes and other special text.
Will my photo be edited before printing?
Yes. Our team checks the submitted photo and prepares it according to the selected design. If there is a major issue with the photo that may affect the final result, our team may contact you.
Can I use a photo taken from my mobile phone?
Yes. Mobile photos can be used. For the sharpest print, upload the highest-quality original image available.
Can I order a customized frame as a gift?
Absolutely! Our personalized frames are suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, couples, family memories, friendship, baby memories, housewarming and many other occasions.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. FramingTech provides Pan-India delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since your product is customized, processing time may vary depending on the product and customization. The estimated delivery information will be available during the ordering process.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD may be available for eligible products and locations. The available payment options will be shown during checkout.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. We use secure payment processing for online orders.
Can I change my photo after placing the order?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order. Since customized products may enter production quickly, changes may not be possible once production has started.
Can I cancel my customized order?
Customized products are made specifically according to your submitted photo and requirements. Cancellation may not be possible once your order has entered the customization/production process.
